• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Ability to present market data to senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Experience building talent pipelines and programs.

Responsabilidades

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level technical and strategic roles across Product, IT & Strategy.
• Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and business leaders to develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Maintain high candidate quality and reflect WD's employer brand in every interaction.
• Proactively manage requisition loads, meeting time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and quality-of-hire benchmarks.
• Navigate ambiguous and fast-moving talent markets with confidence and adaptability.
