Qualifications

• Proven track record shaping hiring strategy and candidate profiles.
• Strong experience negotiating compensation and offers.
• Data-informed, consultative approach with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a mix of high-volume and specialized technical roles.
• Partner with senior engineering leaders to shape hiring strategy and profiles.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines and engage passive candidates.
• Lead complex offer negotiations, including equity and sign-on details.
• Advise hiring managers with market intelligence to sharpen decisions.
• Collaborate with sourcing partners and coordinators for an efficient experience.
• Contribute to team recruiting strategy and pipeline health reviews.
