Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience at a top-tier tech company with high talent bar.
• Proven ability to recruit across a range of technical roles and disciplines.
• Strong fluency in technical concepts to discuss work credibly.
• Track record building proactive pipelines in competitive markets.
• Experience navigating compensation conversations including base, equity, and sign-on.
• Consultative, data-informed approach with market data and insights.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across high-volume and specialized technical roles across Salesforce's engineering, product, and technology orgs
• Partner with senior engineering leaders to shape hiring strategy and candidate profiles
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines by mapping the market and engaging passive talent
• Lead complex offer negotiations with sign-on and equity considerations
• Advise hiring managers and provide market intelligence for decisions
• Collaborate with sourcing partners and recruiters to run efficient, high-touch candidate experience
• Contribute to team recruiting strategy and pipeline health reviews
