Qualifications

• Own full-cycle recruiting across high-volume and specialized technical roles.
• Partner with senior engineering and technical leaders to shape hiring strategy and profiles.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines and engage passive candidates.
• Lead complex offer negotiations including sign-on and equity considerations.
• Advise hiring managers with market intelligence to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with sourcing partners and recruiters to ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
• Contribute to team-level recruiting strategy and competitive talent intelligence.
