Job summary

Clarion Chase is seeking a T&M Specialist (Test & Measurement) – Technical Sales in a hybrid, field-based capacity. The role bridges engineering and sales, translating complex solutions into business value and acting as the technical authority in deals.

You will support the full sales cycle with technical consultancy, deliver demonstrations and training, and collaborate with partners to build winning solutions. Travel as required.

Qualifications

• Background in electronics, engineering, or technical sales.
• Test & Measurement experience.
• Able to communicate with engineers and business stakeholders.
• Experience supporting or owning a sales pipeline (desirable).
• Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
• Customer-facing, field-based role experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the full sales cycle with technical consultancy and solution design.
• Engaging with customers to understand both technical and commercial requirements.
• Delivering product demonstrations, presentations, and training.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to build winning solutions.
• Managing and converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities.
• Acting as a trusted advisor, identifying efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Feeding back market insights and product improvements to internal stakeholders.
• Building strong, long-term relationships across customers and internal teams.
