Job summary

Paycom in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a T&M Specialist to drive and manage the sales process for Test & Measurement products. You will articulate our technology portfolio to both business and technical users, working with Account Managers and Customers to develop solutions.

The role blends technical consultancy with sales, identifying customer requirements, providing demonstrations, and delivering technical presentations. Travel up to 50% is required for on-site visits and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or engineering fields.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales processes is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close opportunities.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Act as factory trained certified expert for TE sales organization.
• Build relationships within the contact base and represent our brands.
• Convert leads into opportunities and manage the sales funnel.
• Gather customer requirements and produce technical solutions on time.
• Deliver technical presentations and provide product support to AMs and customers.
• Collaborate with Product Management to relay feedback and opportunities.
