Job summary

Evlo AI in Atlanta is seeking a recruiter to own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and product teams. You will partner with hiring managers to fill roles across software, infrastructure, data, and design.

The role focuses on pipeline strategy, candidate experience, and hiring velocity for a portfolio of technical requisitions. You'll use advanced sourcing and structured interviews to maintain high-quality hires, with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth technology environment.
• Proven track record filling software engineering roles (backend, infra, data).
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and technical communities.
• Fluency with an ATS and a data-driven approach to pipeline management.
• Strong stakeholder-management and calibration session experience.
• BA/BS or equivalent practical experience.
• Bonus: startup hiring at Series A-D or familiarity with benchmarking tools like Pave / Levels.fyi.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 concurrent technical requisitions, from intake through offer close.
• Partner with engineering and product hiring managers to define role scope, compensation bands, and interview rubrics.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and referrals; manage outreach-to-screen conversion.
• Run structured phone screens, debrief hiring panels, and calibrate role requirements and feedback.
• Own candidate experience end-to-end: communication, scheduling, and timely feedback loops.
• Track and report funnel metrics: time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-acceptance rates.
• Contribute to employer-brand initiatives including career pages and outreach templates.
