Job summary

Evolent is seeking a Technical Recruiter to attract and hire top talent to support its AI and digital transformation initiatives. You will partner with hiring managers to build pipelines for AI Engineers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Managers.

Responsibilities include managing requisitions, transforming job descriptions into compelling ads, screening applicants, guiding interview processes, offering negotiations, and ensuring compliant, efficient

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience required.
3+ years of recruiting experience or 5+ years without a degree with 2 years of technical recruiting.
Experience managing a complex recruitment lifecycle in an ATS (preferably Workday).
Familiar with modern recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

Managing requisition kick‑off process and Interview Game Plan with the hiring manager.
Transforming job descriptions into targeted job advertisements and posting across platforms.
Reviewing and short‑listing prospects and applicants through screening.
Facilitating the interview process with clear communication to stakeholders.
Manage and guide all stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate offer process including extending offers and negotiations.
Manage data and ensure ATS workflow compliance (Workday).
