Evlo AI in Seattle is seeking a hands-on Technical Recruiter who owns full-cycle recruiting for a fast-growing product and engineering org. You will partner with hiring managers to close senior engineers, PMs, and technical leaders in a competitive market.

You will bring structure, data, and a positive candidate experience to a high-velocity hiring environment, managing 8-12 concurrent roles and shaping interview loops, sourcing strategies, and offer processes to accelerate impact.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, in-house or high-performing agency.
• Proven track record closing senior software engineers and niche technical roles in competitive markets.
• Advanced sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean strings, and non-traditional channels.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby) and structured interview processes.
• Strong data fluency: comfortable building pipeline reports and making trade-offs from funnel metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Bonus: prior startup or hypergrowth hiring experience, technical degree or engineering background, or experience recruiting for ML/infrastructure roles

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 concurrent technical roles, from intake through offer close
• Run intake sessions with engineering and product hiring managers to define requirements, leveling, and interview loops
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, GitHub, and referrals, with a focus on backend, infrastructure, and ML skill sets
• Screen and prepare candidates, coordinate interview loops, and manage debriefs to ensure consistent, fair evaluation
• Own candidate experience end-to-end: communication cadence, feedback turnaround, and offer negotiation
• Track and report funnel metrics — time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pass-through rates — in Greenhouse and present weekly to leadership
• Partner with HR and finance on offer approvals, comp bands, and market benchmarking
