Job summary

Assort Health is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own full cycle recruiting for engineering and Forward Deployed Engineer roles. You’ll manage searches from intake to close, partner with technical leadership, and shape hiring strategy as our engineering org scales.

This is not sourcing-only; you’ll be involved in offer negotiations, strategy, and interview design, with SWE and FDE hiring foremost as we grow into new swimlanes over the coming year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle tech recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring engineers.
• Recent startup experience.
• A clear interest in full cycle recruiting, not just sourcing.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and technical leaders.
• Autonomy, drive, and self-motivation, with an appetite for building structure where little exists.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for junior to mid-level FDE and engineering roles, from intake through close
• Partner closely with technical leadership to drive impact across the technical recruiting org
• Run intake meetings with hiring managers and align on what each role needs
• Source, screen, and move candidates through the process
• Lead offer strategy and negotiations, and close candidates
• Help shape hiring strategy, including workforce planning, role scoping, and sourcing approaches
• Expand into new roles and teams as engineering grows
• Work with the recruiting team, People Operations, and the tech side of the business, and help define how the technical recruiting org operates as it scales
