Job summary

Evlo AI in New York seeks a recruiter who will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and data roles. You will partner with engineering leaders to build scalable pipelines in a competitive New York market, shaping intake, specs, and candidate experiences that stand out against larger competitors.

You will manage 8–12 concurrent technical roles, drive sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and communities, and lead offer negotiations with market benchmarking.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency
• 2+ years hiring technical roles (software, data, product)
• Hands-on fluency with ATS (Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
• Proven ability to manage senior engineering stakeholders and influence decisions
• Strong understanding of technical roles and compensation bands
• Track record of closing competitive candidates in a fast-moving market
• Experience recruiting for seed-to-Series-C startups and employer branding is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 concurrent technical roles, from kickoff to signed offer
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, communities, and direct outreach
• Partner with hiring managers to define role specs and calibrate profiles
• Drive offer negotiations, including compensation benchmarking and closing strategy
• Own the candidate experience end-to-end: scheduling, communication, feedback loops, and rejection handling
• Track and report funnel metrics and act on data to improve processes
• Contribute to process improvements: interview training, structured feedback, ATS hygiene
