Job summary

Method is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end engineering and product recruiting. You will build from scratch, drive outbound sourcing, and partner with engineering leaders to attract exceptional talent in a lean organization.

The role is NYC-based with a hybrid policy of 2–4 days in the office. You will shape candidate experiences, refine processes, and apply AI tools to optimize recruiting outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a full-cycle technical recruiting role with closing/negotiating experience.
• Experience hiring engineers that significantly impacted business and technology outcomes.
• Pulse on the tech scene and knowledge of top talent shops.
• Candidate experience focus with high-touch processes.
• Outbound-first mindset; AI-native sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for IC roles across Engineering, Product, and Data.
• Design, launch, and run a software engineering internship program end to end.
• Spot gaps in the funnel and advocate data-driven changes.
• Raise the bar on candidate experience and storytelling to attract talent.
• Proactively introduce AI optimizations in the recruiting lifecycle.
