Assort Health is building a continuous conversation for every patient with an AI-powered staffing platform. We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to own full cycle recruiting for our engineering and Forward Deployed Engineer roles.

You’ll partner with technical leadership, design interview processes, and contribute to scaling as we grow. You will start with SWE and FDE roles and expand into broader teams as the company expands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle tech recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring engineers.
• Recent startup experience.
• A clear interest in full cycle recruiting, not just sourcing.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and technical leaders.
• Autonomy, drive, and self-motivation, with an appetite for building structure where little exists.

Responsabilités

• Own full cycle recruiting for junior to mid-level FDE and engineering roles, from intake through close.
• Partner with technical leadership to drive impact across the recruiting org.
• Run intake meetings with hiring managers and align on role needs.
• Source, screen, and move candidates through the process.
• Lead offer strategy and negotiations, and close candidates.
• Help shape hiring strategy and workforce planning.
