Job summary

Docker is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter for a 6-month, fully remote contract to scale engineering and product teams globally.

You will partner with hiring managers, own full-cycle recruiting, and build strong pipelines across countries and time zones, using AI-driven efficiency tools and multiple sourcing channels. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of tech recruiting in fast-paced environments, experience hiring engineers and product roles, and a track record of inclusive interview practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in high-growth environments.
• Proven success hiring engineering, product, and other technical roles at all levels.
• Sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across multiple countries/time zones.
• Deep sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and creative outreach strategies.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills to drive hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand goals and build scalable recruiting strategies.
• Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to closing.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles across regions/time zones.
• Guide interview processes to be effective and inclusive.
• Provide data-driven updates to stakeholders on pipelines and performance.
• Drive exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement.
• Contribute to process improvements in a remote, distributed team.
