Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter on a 6-month contract to scale engineering and product teams worldwide. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting, build scalable sourcing strategies, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience in a fully remote setting.

You’ll partner with hiring managers across engineering and product, build talent pipelines, and guide inclusive interview processes. Strong communication, data-driven updates, and global hiring experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Proven success hiring engineering, product, and other technical roles at all levels
• Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across multiple countries and time zones
• Deep sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox and creative outreach strategies
• Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to drive hiring outcomes collaboratively
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic asynchronous environment
• Experience using AI to streamline processes and increase efficiency

Responsibilities
