You will build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and report on recruiting metrics while joining a fully remote team that values empathy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring for backend, frontend, data/ML, product management, and design.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent organization, communication, and empathy for candidates.
