Docker is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter on a 6-month contract to scale our engineering and product teams worldwide. This fully remote role partners with hiring managers to design scalable recruiting strategies and manages the full-cycle process from sourcing to closing.

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Deep sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox with creative outreach.
• Proven success hiring engineering, product, and other technical roles at all levels.
• Experience using AI to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with multiple requisitions.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills to drive hiring outcomes.
• Experience sourcing and closing top talent across multiple countries and time zones.
• Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
• Prior experience supporting hiring in a globally distributed company.
