Job summary

Docker is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter on a 6-month contract to scale our engineering and product teams globally in a fully remote environment. You will build scalable recruiting strategies and manage the full-cycle process from sourcing to closing.

You’ll partner with hiring managers across time zones, develop diverse pipelines, and use AI-assisted tools to optimize hiring outcomes while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Proven success hiring engineering, product, and other technical roles at all levels.
• Experience sourcing across multiple countries and time zones.
• Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter and outreach platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven communication.
• Experience using AI to streamline processes.

As a Sr. Technical Recruiter on a 6-month contract, you’ll play a key role in scaling our engineering and product teams by finding top-tier talent across the globe. We’re looking for someone who is strategic, resourceful, and passionate about providing a best-in-class candidate experience while delivering results in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with hiring managers in engineering and product to understand hiring goals and build scalable recruiting strategies

• Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing to closing

• Build and maintain talent pipelines across critical roles, proactively identifying and engaging with top candidates

• Guide hiring teams through effective, inclusive interview processes and ensure alignment throughout

• Provide clear, data-driven updates and insights to stakeholders on candidate pipelines and recruiting performance

• Drive exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful communication and engagement

• Contribute to process improvements and recruiting initiatives in a collaborative, remotely distributed team environment

What You’ll Bring

Required:

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments

• Proven success hiring engineering, product, and other technical roles at all levels

• Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across multiple countries and time zones

• Deep sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox and creative outreach strategies

• Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to drive hiring outcomes collaboratively

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic asynchronous environment

• Experience using AI to streamline processes and increase efficiency

Preferred:

• Experience with Ashby (ATS) or similar recruiting systems (bonus for AI tools)

• Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices

• Prior experience supporting hiring in a globally distributed company
