Verygoodsecurity is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join on a 6–12 month contract and support our growing Engineering organization. You will own a portfolio of technical roles end-to-end and partner closely with hiring managers to identify, engage, and close exceptional talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical/engineering hiring.
• Proven experience recruiting for Software, Infrastructure, SRE, Platform Engineering roles.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth technology environments.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive technical talent.
• Capable of managing multiple searches with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple technical roles end-to-end, from kickoff to offer and close.
• Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to define profiles and recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source and engage highly qualified passive technical talent.
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess technical alignment and fit.
• Manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Create a strong candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Use data and funnel metrics to identify challenges and adjust search strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
• Help improve recruiting processes and hiring efficiency as we scale.
