Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in a remote-friendly environment. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, source both active and passive candidates, and manage the interview process from intake to offer with a strong emphasis on engineering workloads.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, demonstrated success in sourcing for senior engineering roles, and comfort with IT

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in IT or managed services.
• Proven experience recruiting for senior or specialized engineering roles, with strong sourcing skills.
• Solid understanding of network, infrastructure, and security terminology.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from intake through offer, partnering with hiring managers.
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and niche technical communities.
