Go Fractional is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team on a 6–12 month contract and support our growing engineering organization. You will own a portfolio of technical roles end-to-end and partner with hiring managers to identify, engage, and close top talent.

This fast-paced, high-growth environment requires ownership, autonomy, and the ability to move quickly. Depending on growth, there is potential for conversion to full-time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, focused on technical roles.
• Experience recruiting Software Eng, Infrastructure, SRE, Platform Eng.
• Thrives in fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environments.
• Strong sourcing and passive talent engagement.
• Excellent communication and candidate management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end full-cycle recruiting across multiple technical roles.
• Collaborate with Engineering leaders to define profiles and strategies.
• Source and engage highly qualified passive candidates.
• Screen candidates for technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Manage multiple searches with competing priorities.
• Create strong candidate experience throughout interviews.
• Use data to optimize searches and improve processes.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy.
• Help scale recruiting processes and efficiency.
