Saab AB is seeking a Senior Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire high-caliber technical talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. The role supports engineering and operations, partnering with managers, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to build strong pipelines for specialized roles.

This is a remote position with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zone and requires up to 15% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with extensive sourcing/recruiting experience in engineering/operations.
• Experience recruiting in defense, aerospace, technology, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Proven ability to attract and close hard-to-fill technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and role requirements.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for engineering, technical, and specialized roles.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate passive candidates using multiple sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future openings.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform compensation and sourcing strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent availability and compensation considerations.
• Manage candidate activity and maintain high-quality candidate experience.
• Utilize Workday and recruiting tech to maintain accurate candidate data.
