Crusoe is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter II to join our technical recruiting team in San Francisco. You will own complex, high-bar technical hiring from activation through offer, partnering with senior leaders and raising the bar on quality in a competitive market.

You’ll manage senior roles, build strategic searches, advise managers on market trends, and close talent with complex compensation structures while maintaining clean ATS data.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing senior, hard-to-fill talent.
• Experience converting cash-heavy to equity-based packages.
• Strong verbal and written communication with senior engineering leaders.
• Ability to context switch across technical domains while managing multiple reqs.
• Power user of LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing channels.
• Experience influencing senior leaders with data and judgment.
• Highly process-oriented with clean ATS data.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from senior IC through director-level roles.
• Build and execute recruiting strategy for each search and adapt to market signals.
• Advise managers on role definitions, market trends, and candidate leveling.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align hiring with business goals.
• Engage with passive and active talent to build future pools.
• Perform screenings evaluating technical depth, product intuition, and leadership.
• Manage negotiation and closing strategies including equity components.
• Ensure precise ATS data maintenance.
