Job summary

Crusoe is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter II to join our growing technical recruiting team. You will own complex, high-bar technical hiring from job req activation through offer acceptance, partnering with senior leaders to raise the bar on quality and close hard-to-fill roles.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting from senior IC to director-level, build search strategies, advise managers on market trends and role definitions, and maintain clean ATS data in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing senior, hard-to-fill talent.
• Ability to lead compensation conversations and convert to equity-based packages.
• Strong verbal and written communication with senior engineering leaders.
• Influence senior leaders through data, insight and judgment.
• Highly process-oriented with clean ATS data.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a true talent partner to senior leaders with minimal oversight.
• Own full-cycle recruiting from senior IC through director-level roles.
• Build and execute recruiting strategy for each search and adjust as needed.
• Provide expert advice on role definitions, market trends, and leveling.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align hiring with business goals.
• Engage passive and active talent to build future talent pools.
• Perform screenings that evaluate technical depth and leadership.
• Manage negotiation and closing strategies involving complex compensation and equity.
• Ensure precise ATS data maintenance.
