Crusoe is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Recruiting to scale our non-technical hiring as we grow rapidly. You’ll build a high-performing team, define processes, and partner with executives to forecast workforce needs.

You’ll own data-driven recruiting metrics, drive velocity and quality, and apply AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while maintaining candidate experience. This role demands autonomy and strategic influence within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading corporate recruiting in hyperscalers, cloud providers, or AI infrastructure.
• Familiar with scaling teams in high-growth, infrastructure-focused businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate recruiting strategies across functions to align with growth.
• Build and coach a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcers.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
• Own recruiting KPIs and translate data into actionable improvements.
