Crusoe is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Recruiting to lead and scale its corporate recruiting function during a period of high growth. You will oversee non-technical recruiting, build a high-performing team, and partner with senior leaders to drive workforce planning and talent strategy.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and scalable processes to deliver predictable hiring at scale in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate recruiting across non-technical functions and scale the recruiting team.
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and talent strategy.
• Own recruiting KPIs: time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and forecast accuracy.
• Implement AI-enabled tools and automation to increase productivity while ensuring quality and compliance.
