Crusoe is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter II to join our technical recruiting team in Sunnyvale. You will own complex, high-bar technical hiring from job req activation through offer, acting as a true talent partner to senior leaders.

This role requires negotiating complex compensation packages and building talent pools for future needs. You will manage searches from senior IC to director-level, shaping strategy, advising managers, and aligning hiring with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing senior, hard-to-fill talent.
• Strong communication with senior engineering leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from senior IC through director-level roles.
• Build and execute recruiting strategy for each search and adjust to market signals.
• Advise managers on role definitions, market trends, and candidate leveling.
