Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technical recruiting experience OR 12+ years of relevant work experience without a degree.
• Experience in government contracting and fast-paced environments.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers, HR partners and compensation teams.
• Knowledge of OFCCP and EEOC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers on recruitment strategy and solutioning.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Build and manage pipelines of federal IT talent.
• Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate final candidate offers ensuring market-competitive compensation.
