Information Management Group (IMG) seeks a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our Fairfax, VA team. This on-site role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a collaborative problem-solving approach.

The Recruiter leads full lifecycle recruiting to attract top IT talent, builds candidate pipelines, and advises on best practices to meet customer timelines and mission needs. The position emphasizes collaboration with hiring managers and participation in outreach

Qualifications

• Four years of recruiting experience with IT focus and DoE/DoD/IC exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs and fill positions efficiently.
• Meet the corporate vacancy hiring goal for 14-day time-to-fill.
• Provide full recruitment lifecycle from requisitions to onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines through research, referrals, and networking.
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and compliance requirements.
• Assess technical and non-technical competencies to advise management.
