Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in IT, engineering, or government contracting.
• Experience sourcing for technical and professional services roles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating candidate evaluations, and offer management.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and direct outreach.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for technical and professional positions.
• Create compelling job postings and recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth hiring process for both candidates and teams.
• Communicate recruitment progress and candidate status to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with policies.
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve processes.
