Job summary

System One is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter for a remote, contract-based role supporting government contracting initiatives. The position involves full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles, with travel to Fairfax, VA as needed for events and in-person activities.

Responsibilities include managing requisitions in iCIMS, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Hands-on experience with iCIMS.
• Experience recruiting for technical, IT, or government contracting positions.
• Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, ClearanceJobs, or similar.
• Strong candidate engagement and phone screening skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance may be required in the future based on project and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition creation through offer acceptance.
• Support hiring efforts across a broad portfolio of positions, including cleared and uncleared technical, IT, cybersecurity, and business operations roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruiting priorities.
• Create and manage requisitions within iCIMS.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates for technical and professional opportunities.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, networking, and recruiting tools.
• Track recruiting activity, compensation information, and hiring metrics in spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Support incumbent capture and transition recruiting efforts.
• Attend virtual and in-person hiring events as needed.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
