Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or communications.
• 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical/IT/government contracting environments.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting for technical and professional services positions.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation coordination, offer management.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and direct outreach.
• Develop and maintain pipelines for technical and professional roles.
• Create compelling job postings and recruitment campaigns.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Provide market insights on candidate availability and recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth hiring processes for all parties.
• Communicate recruitment progress with stakeholders.
