Credence is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full life cycle recruiting for US Air Force and defense programs. You will source, screen, and submit candidates to hiring managers, building pipelines and leveraging ATS tools.

The role supports business development, proposals, and post-award delivery in a hybrid Dayton, OH environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years IT recruiting, DoD clearance experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years recruiting IT-focused roles including security clearance positions.
• Experience with DoD, Intel, or Civilian Federal contracting environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and DoD clearance basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle recruiting for US Air Force and defense programs.
• Post jobs, build pipelines, and screen applicants using ATS data.
• Coordinate with hiring teams and management to select candidates.
• Support business development and capture with candidate targeting.
• Assist proposals with pricing realism and post-award delivery planning.
