Job summary

Zobility in Irvine, CA seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top engineering talent for software and hardware roles. You will partner with hiring managers to craft strategies and pipelines, ensuring a strong candidate experience and alignment with our mission.

You will manage technical screenings, build data-driven recruiting processes, and represent Zobility at industry events to strengthen our employer brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Engineering).
• 4+ years of deep experience in technical recruiting.
• Experience sourcing and engaging top engineering talent through various channels.
• Strong understanding of software and hardware engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies for software, mechanical, and electrical engineering roles.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates specializing in software and hardware engineering disciplines.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through outbound sourcing, networking, and engaging diverse candidate pools.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams, following all SOPs.
• Conduct technical screenings to evaluate candidates' expertise in software, mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
• Partner with the People Team and hiring managers to ensure alignment with company culture and values.
• Build and maintain data reporting and use insights to refine recruitment strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to bolster employer brand.

• Conduct technical screenings to evaluate candidates' expertise in software, mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
• Partner with the People Team and hiring managers to ensure alignment with company's culture and values.
• Build and maintain accurate data reporting and utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and optimize hiring processes.
• Represent company at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to build the company's employer brand.

• 4+ years of deep experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on software, mechanical and/or electrical engineering roles.
• Proven ability to source and engage top-tier engineering talent through various channels.
• Strong understanding of engineering disciplines such as software and vehicle systems, mechanical design, and electrical hardware.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
