Job summary

Engine is seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter with experience in Engineering hiring to join our team and help us scale by building exceptional talent. In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume engineering pipelines, sourcing passive candidates and ensuring a strong culture fit within Engine’s fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, build diverse candidate pools, and use data-driven approaches to optimize recruiting

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in engineering hiring.
• At least 2+ years in-house recruiting for Engineering, Data, ML roles.
• Proven ability to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing methods.
• Strong sourcing and engagement of top technical talent.
• Excellent communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborative team player aligned with Engine values.

Responsibilities

• Full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume engineering pipelines.
• Proactive talent sourcing to build a diverse pipeline.
• Assess culture fit and explain Engine’s environment to candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Use data and recruitment metrics to guide strategies.
• Continuously improve processes and expand networks.
