Indinterns in New York City is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle technical hiring and help build high-performing remote and hybrid engineering teams. You will source, screen, and close top technical talent while partnering closely with hiring managers. This is an on-site role based in NYC.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on technical recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of hiring for remote technical talent.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby, etc.).
• U.S. Citizenship required; on-site work in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (software engineers, data, product, infrastructure, etc.).
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, communities, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and offer strategies.
• Manage the candidate experience from first contact through offer and onboarding.
• Track pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire; continuously improve processes.
• Support remote employee management and onboarding coordination where needed.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future technical needs.
• Ensure a consistent, professional, and high-touch candidate experience.
