Poshmark is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for critical technical roles across Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, Security, and related areas. You will partner with executives and hiring leaders to translate business needs into talent strategies and build diverse, high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple technical disciplines and levels.
• Strong technical fluency with architectures, data, AI capabilities, and business problems behind a role.
• Consultative approach, strong communication, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Advanced sourcing and talent-mapping capability, including passive candidates and underrepresented talent.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and external market intelligence to diagnose funnel health and improve outcomes.
• Commitment to equitable hiring practices and structured, evidence-based assessment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting. Lead intake, market mapping, sourcing, assessment, selection, offer development, closing, and candidate follow-through for complex technical searches.
• Advise with credibility. Partner with executives and hiring leaders to clarify capability needs, calibrate profiles, and align on practical hiring plans.
• Build targeted talent strategies. Develop proactive pipelines for AI/ML, data, platform, infrastructure, security, and senior leadership roles.
• Use data to improve decisions. Translate funnel, market, quality, and velocity data into clear insights; identify risks and adjust accordingly.
• Strengthen assessment quality and inclusion. Design structured interview plans and broaden access to opportunity.
• Deliver an exceptional experience. Create a transparent, humane candidate journey that reflects Poshmark’s brand.
• Enable workforce planning. Contribute talent intelligence and pipeline insights to headcount planning and design.
• Scale recruiting practices. Improve playbooks, interview readiness, and cross-functional ways of working, using AI tools while protecting fairness.
