Pave is seeking a seasoned recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for R&D teams, partnering with leaders to define roles and build proactive pipelines. You will source using creative methods, close top candidates with market data, and optimize processes with metrics and AI-powered tools.

You will help shape a hybrid, fast-paced hiring culture at a company redefining real-time compensation data, collaborating with a small, high-leverage recruiting team and leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Experience recruiting at a high-growth startup or tech company.
• Strong Boolean search skills and sourcing instincts for passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building throughout the candidate journey.
• Data-driven mindset; track pipeline metrics to improve decisions.
• Real AI fluency; using AI tools to enhance recruiting workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the full hiring cycle for R&D roles across Engineering, Product, Design, and Data.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build pipelines ahead of headcount approvals.
• Source using creative strategies and unconventional channels to reach top talent.
• Close candidates with confidence using market compensation data and transparent discussions.
• Design and optimize pipeline metrics, interview calibration, and training programs.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance candidate research, outreach, and summaries.
