Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a multi-branded environment.
• Proactive, always-on recruitment with diverse talent pipelines.
• Experience managing senior-level technical searches and influencing leaders.
• Deep understanding of software engineering roles, tech stacks, and sourcing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
• Ability to design and improve technical interview processes and metrics.
