Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments.
• Proven success hiring in niche and competitive technical talent markets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Clear, compelling written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives across the business.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needs.
• Design and execute strategic sourcing plans to map talent and drive top-of-funnel activity.
• Own the candidate experience from first engagement through loop interview stage, delivering exceptional service and fast turnaround.
• Act as a thought partner to hiring teams, offering talent market insights, funnel data, and best practices.
• Source technical talent through creative outreach, events, and passive campaigns.
• Build and maintain nurturing campaigns and brand-forward recruitment marketing efforts.
