Ability to recruit across software, data, product, and infra roles.
Strong communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting across high-volume and specialized technical roles.
Partner with senior engineering leaders to shape hiring strategy and candidate profiles.
Build and maintain quality pipelines by mapping the market and engaging passive talent.
Lead complex offer negotiations, including equity and sign-on terms.
Advise hiring managers with market intelligence and trade-off insights.
Collaborate with sourcing, coordinators, and peers to ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
Contribute to team hiring strategy and pipeline health initiatives.
