Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with success managing both high-volume pipelines and complex searches.
• Experience at a top-tier tech company with a very high talent bar and fierce competition.
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple technical disciplines and levels.
• Strong fluency in technical concepts to discuss work with candidates and hiring managers.
• Track record building proactive talent pipelines in competitive pools and navigating compensation discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a mix of high-volume and specialized technical roles in engineering, product, and technology.
• Partner with senior engineering and technical leaders to shape hiring strategy, define candidate profiles, and compete for elite talent.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines, map the market, and actively engage passive candidates.
• Lead complex offer negotiations, including sign-on and equity, with awareness of benchmarks across top tech companies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, provide market intelligence, and influence decision-making.
• Collaborate with sourcing partners and coordinators to ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
• Contribute to team-level recruiting strategy and talent intelligence initiatives.
