You'll partner with senior engineering leaders, shape hiring strategy, and build proactive talent pipelines to fuel our teams building the next generation of AI-powered enterprise software.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Experience at a top-tier tech company.
- Ability to recruit across a range of technical disciplines.
- Strong understanding of compensation, equity (RSU), and competing offers.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across high-volume and specialized technical roles.
- Partner with senior engineering leaders to shape hiring strategy and candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines and engage passive talent.
- Lead complex offer negotiations including sign-on and equity packages.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers with market intelligence.
- Collaborate with sourcing partners, recruiting coordinators, and peers to ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
- Contribute to team-level recruiting strategy and pipeline health reviews.
