Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) to support the CSG team in delivering top candidates in a fast-paced AMER environment. You will own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles and partner with Talent Attraction to manage pipelines.

Bring 5+ years of experience, strong stakeholder influence, and a data-informed approach. Proficiency with AI recruiting tools, Workday, and Slack is highly preferred to drive efficient, high-touch hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technology and/or professional services roles.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
• Track record of delivering against goals in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities under pressure.
• Consultative, data-informed approach with market intelligence and pipeline analytics.
• Proficiency with AI recruiting tools and ATS platforms; Workday and Slack experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Technology, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
• Source and engage candidates through inbound and outbound channels, collaborating with Talent Attraction.
• Identify, pipeline, and qualify talent based on job requirements and business priorities.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to fill openings and build future pipelines.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent efficiently.
• Collaborate with sourcing partners, recruiting coordinators, and peer advisors to ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
• Build relationships with candidates and senior stakeholders, using data to inform decisions.
