Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) to support the CSG team in delivering top candidates across the AMER region. You will own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, source through multiple channels, and build a strong talent pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, ability to influence senior leaders, and proficiency with AI recruiting tools and ATS platforms, including Workday and Slack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in technology or professional services
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives
• Track record delivering in fast-paced, high-volume environments with strong execution
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities under pressure
• Consultative, data-informed approach with market intelligence and analytics
• Proficiency with AI recruiting tools and ATS platforms (Workday/Slack preferred)

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Technology, Customer Success, and Professional Services
• Source and engage candidates via inbound and outbound channels with Talent Attraction
• Proactively pipeline and qualify talent based on job requirements and priorities
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to fill openings and build future pipelines
• Partner with business leaders to understand needs and deliver qualified talent efficiently
• Collaborate with sourcing partners and coordinators to provide a high-touch candidate experience
• Build trusted relationships with candidates and senior stakeholders and share market insights
