• Own full-cycle recruiting across a mix of high-volume and specialized technical roles across engineering, product, and technology.
• Partner with senior engineering and technical leaders to shape hiring strategy and candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines; map the market and engage passive talent.
• Lead complex offer negotiations, including sign-on and equity considerations, with market benchmarks.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and provide market intelligence for decision-making.
• Collaborate with sourcing partners, recruiting coordinators, and peers to run an efficient, high-touch candidate experience at scale.
• Contribute to team-level recruiting strategy and competitive talent intelligence initiatives.
