Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) to support the Customer Success/ProServices group in a fast-paced environment. You will own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, build a robust candidate pipeline, and partner with leaders to deliver high-quality hires across AMER.

You will work with AI recruiting tools and modern ATS platforms, collaborating with Talent Attraction and sourcing partners in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting technology and/or professional services roles within a large, matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to drive hiring outcomes.
• Consultative, data-informed approach with market intelligence and pipeline analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Technology, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
• Source and engage candidates through inbound and outbound channels, partner with Talent Attraction to manage pipelines.
• Proactively identify, pipeline, and qualify talent based on job requirements and business priorities.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to fill openings and build future-ready pipelines.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent efficiently.
• Collaborate with sourcing partners, recruiting coordinators, and peers to deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
