Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech.

Senior Technical RecruiterThe Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to help us hire exceptional talent across our engineering, machine learning, and AI research teams.

In this role, you will own searches spanning AI Research Scientists, Research Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Software Engineers, Infrastructure, and other highly specialized technical areas. You will work closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand their teams, translate complex requirements into effective recruiting strategies, and build strong pipelines in highly competitive talent markets.

This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys the combination of strategic partnership, hands-on sourcing, and end-to-end recruiting.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical and AI research roles, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing.

• Recruit across AI research, machine learning, engineering, infrastructure, and other specialized technical functions.

• Partner closely with technical leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and develop effective hiring strategies.

• Build and maintain pipelines of exceptional passive talent through research, targeted outreach, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing strategies.

• Develop a strong understanding of our technology, research areas, and organizational goals so you can communicate our work clearly and credibly to candidates.

• Evaluate candidates for technical alignment, motivation, career goals, and overall fit.

• Advise hiring teams on market conditions, talent availability, compensation, competitive intelligence, and search progress.

• Create thoughtful, structured interview processes that support consistent and informed hiring decisions.

• Deliver a high-touch and transparent candidate experience throughout every stage of the process.

• Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data in Greenhouse and use recruiting metrics to identify challenges and improve outcomes.

• Help strengthen recruiting processes, tools, documentation, and programs as the company continues to grow.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience hiring technical talent in high-growth technology environments.

• A strong track record of recruiting AI Research Scientists, Research Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Software Engineers, or similarly specialized technical talent.

• Experience sourcing and engaging highly sought-after passive candidates from leading technology companies, AI labs, startups, and academic research communities.

• The ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into focused, practical recruiting strategies.

• Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, technical communities, publications, conferences, referrals, and other research-driven sourcing methods.

• Experience partnering with senior engineering, research, and executive leaders as a trusted talent advisor.

• Excellent candidate assessment, communication, organization, and offer-closing skills.

• Comfort managing multiple specialized searches and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.

• A collaborative, hands-on approach and willingness to contribute wherever recruiting support is needed.

• Experience working with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system.

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for generative AI, computer vision, multimodal models, audio, video, 3D, language models, or related research areas.

• Experience recruiting candidates from both industry and academia.

• Experience recruiting across multiple countries, regions, and time zones.
