Job summary

Able is seeking a Technical Recruiter who will own AI/ML and engineering hiring, from intake to offer, across senior and principal levels and across full-stack roles. You will leverage AI tools to source, screen and build pipelines, while shaping recruiting processes for a fast-evolving, remote LATAM-US environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting ownership of engineering searches.
• Recent experience hiring AI/ML engineers at Senior level or above and ability to explain Principal vs Senior.
• Fluency discussing LLM applications, RAG, evaluation, fine-tuning and MLOps with engineers.
• Hands-on daily use of AI tools in recruiting with concrete examples.
• Track record of sourcing passive senior candidates beyond LinkedIn.
• Fluent written and spoken English across multinational teams.
• Data-driven funnel metrics to inform decisions and communicate with hiring managers.
• Experience designing recruitment strategies and improving processes in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in AI, ML and engineering recruitment: own end-to-end hiring for AI/ML Engineers (Senior/Principal) and for full-stack roles.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies with target profiles, channels, messaging and timelines.
• Build pipelines for Senior and Principal AI Engineers beyond LinkedIn using GitHub, open-source projects, papers and referrals.
• Level candidates accurately to ensure appropriate interview matches.
• Use AI tools to enhance search, mapping and outreach.
• Track time-to-fill and other metrics in Greenhouse to inform strategy changes.
• Document playbooks and interview plans to standardize processes.
