Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Executive Director of Client Delivery to lead hands-on technical delivery across complex software environments and drive successful client implementations and production readiness.

The role requires fluency across the software stack, direct customer interaction to explain technical implementations, and disciplined coordination of internal teams around commitments, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex software delivery programs.
• Experience translating technical details for customers and stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, QA, product, architecture and operations.
• Hands-on fluency across the software stack and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead client delivery for complex software implementations, integrations, deployments, upgrades and production readiness.
• Coordinate internal teams around client priorities, dependencies, risks, and go-live commitments.
• Explain technical approaches to customers, address escalations, and build confidence in delivery plans.
• Use delivery metrics and production readiness indicators to improve predictability and quality of client delivery.
